Walking down to the the village and then across to Kingsford. The A & B groups ascend the 200 steps, which are strenuous but leave you with a sense of achievement. Do remember its not a race, its to raise your pulse within your own exercise level. The C & D take a less strenuous route in keeping with their exercise level.
